The installation of lock was not easy and the keypad stops work. We bought this is Feb and it has stopped working 5 times on us. Asked about warranty and no one would give me an answer. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

This thing has given us nothing but trouble. in the 4 months I've had it, it only worked for about 1 month and even then only worked about 70% of the time. It keeps giving random error codes and I've replaced the batteries 3 times. I can't get through to customer service. I should have bit the bullet and spent on one of the better brands.

I've had this product less than a month and now we're back to using the key. Save your time and money.

What a complete piece of junk. I purchased this for a closet for an Airbnb to store some extra soap and what not. And after turning it on and replacing the batteries for the second time I decided that’s it time to replace it it simply just drains the batteries too fast. It doesn’t give you any beeping or any warning you just have to take the hinges off and get the door off and throw the junk away.

This product is terrible. I purchased the original one and installed and it worked twice and then stuck every time after. Thank goodness it was on my garage and not my house so I could get in through the garage doors to open the door. Requested another lock and they sent a new one and it does the exact same thing. Now since it's been so long Amazon won't allow me to get a refund and their customer service is saying they don't deal with that in their department and there is no one else to have me deal with at this time. CRAP PRODUCT!!!!

When I stalled the door knob the digital in not working. I spend my day watching the video how to stall it but it didn’t work.

We are foster parents, so we have to follow a lot of rules in order to have our foster kids, all chemicals and medication, need to be secure in our house, so I decided to put this lock to ease the opening an closing of the closet where I have all this, I love it at first, and it worked beautifully for 8 months, then it stopped and started giving errors and I could not open the door, I had to run and look for the key, I thought it was the batteries, after changing them, seemed to work, however, the batteries only last one week, even when we do not use the lock, the last batteries only lasted three days, so now is just a regular door knob and I have to use the key, so sad that not even it worked for a full year, I have to buy another brand.

Returned as this mechanism had some issues and wouldn’t unlock by code entry after the first day. Has to use key which defeated the purpose so it was returned with no issues.

The plate that came with the lock did not fit into the screws on the door knob. I had to call for support and explain this. The screw holes were too close together and would not fit into the holes of the knob. The plate did not match any of the videos I saw online. I bought two of these back to back and they both came with the wrong plate.
