Definately not as easy to install as a regular door knob. Knob is sturdy but top keyboard does not sit plush against door and moves a bit. For geh money it does the trick

If door is electronically locked from outside. you will not be able to get out from the inside. This is a big fire hazard or risk I bought three locks all three do the same thing.

Noisy motor when unlocking. Installing the batteries and some little challenging. It does it’s job well.

"Really like this lock. Easy to install and instructions are simple. Good material." This was my initial review shortly after purchasing. In less than a year, I started experiencing issues. Even with new batteries, it often will not accept the code. This happens majority of the time. It's very irritating.

Received this yesterday and installed, let’s just say: cheap materials, and once set up completely, the “2” and “8” buttons don’t even work!! Reaching out to get a replacement!

I add the key, I hear the loud noise but it does not open. Something is off internally as it is perfectly aligned.

Easy to install. Have had a few minor issues with batteries, but not sure if that is the fault of the lock or battery.

I got this for about a month now. The lock was easy to install. In the beginning the lock was working fine, till recently the little turn lock kept getting stuck. I took it off and install it again, still getting stuck if you try to use the knob to manually lock it. I’m about to look for another lock

It works 70% of the time. Just make sure to have the key nearby as backup. We use this for an outside storage closet and it’s frustrating when it doesn’t work no reason. I wish I could count on it to work but unfortunately it’s very temperamental even with new batteries.
