The product works fine. Just very cheaply made. Use it on a closet for extra security. Would never use it as a means to secure my house.

Worked great then having some issues with the latch, I tried to contact Company for warranty replacement parts and haven't heard back

Installing was not difficult except for trying to route the wire in way that would allow the inside module to sit flush with the door, this was a bit of a pain. Once installed, the door worked properly when using the key. Once the door is locked or unlocked using the keypad, you can no longer unlock from the inside requiring everyone to enter to know the pin. Once used with the key again, the inside knob works as normal to unlock/lock the device until the keypad is used again. Also, it is extremely loud. Not just an tolerable beep, but loud enough when used in a home that it would wake others. Also, the mechanics inside doing the lock/unlock from the keypad are quite loud as well. Look elsewhere for a decent keypad doorknob as this is not it.

Worked great for 2 weeks then the top 3 numbers just quit working.

Everything came as expected but when putting the short screws in the interior piece to hold it to the back plate, the screws are not long enough to even catch in the threads. Boyfriend ended up having a nice tantrum due to poor craftsmanship and a short fuse and poor emotional control. Bad day for everyone really.
