While installing the lock the one screw on the right would not install. Appears the inside threads are stripped out. Had to cut the screw off in order to install the lock with only the left side screw. Works otherwise.

For the price you pay for this particular model lock, its not too bad. It functions the way I need to function and I only use it on a closet door that has some important items in there. I gave it 3 stars, b/c the spring is not too smooth, meaning to turn the knob, its a little harder spring than a normal one I'm used to. Plus the battery cover and the other hardware not related to the lock itself feels really cheap, but like I said, it performs its job.

The bottom row of numbers sometimes cuts out, so we have to hang on the door/handle to reconnect it to unlock it with the pin pad. I'm not sure if mine is defective or if that is how it is for everyone.

Good build quality. Super easy install. Very worth the money. My only issues are with not being able to turn the knob right or left to open it. I can only turn it away from the wall for it to open.

Locking feature works well, but the hardware that came with was very low quality. Screws strip very easily and didn't seem the match the thread pitch of the lock.

Easy to install and set up. Sometimes it doesn't take the code for some reason. I even had someone try. But overall worth the money.

Works great but automatic locking does get annoying as it is whirling noises. So I turned ours off.

The first lock I received was defective and worked sporadically. I called support and they ruled any installation or programming issues. So, they sent me a replacement lock that is working just fine so far. They stand behind their products.

Using this knob for a bedroom door, my daughter has a lot of valuable things that she doesn’t want my son touching so it’s on my daughters door..it works great but it’s LOUD!! The locking and unlocking is just overly loud and annoying but other than that it’s perfect!!

It is very loud when loving and unlocking.
