When ordering, check the space between deadbolt and doorknob. My door came with the holes pre-drilled and I had to install lock upside down because the battery pack covered 1/2 the deadbolt hole.

I have had 3 of these locks for just over 4 years. I had one go bad after 2 years. I have replaced it with another just like it.\ All three of my locks are being used on outside doors. I am located in the north with harsh winters. Love them and will be installing 2 more soon. Great product for the money.

This was easy to install and set up. Use on our master bedroom interior door. The beeping when entering code is noisier than we would like. The sound of the auto-lock is also pretty annoying, so in order to extend battery life and avoid the sound, we usually lock again immediately after entering. Still on original batteries and working very well thus far, so we are happy with purchase.

Overall good used on my bedroom door to keep the little ones out. It works great! I have a secondary code for more responsible child and able to delete it quickly. There are keys given as a back up.

This works well, does the job (interior locked door without a key needed, but one available just in case), and looks nice. The locking mechanism is louder than I expected, but this isn't a problem for what we're using it for. Worth noting though for someone who might need it to be quiet or near silent.

Works fine, easy to program. The only thing I didn't like was you have to unlock the doorknob from the inside before you open the door. Just kind of clunky. Would be better if you could just turn the doorknob from the inside to open.

So far so good! I wish the key pad had a cover to make it look more appealing on bedroom door but other than that works as advertised

After reading the reviews where customers complained that the lock stopped working, I was skeptical. But, against my better judgement, I went ahead and ordered/installed 4 in my new home. One of them has stopped working. Luckily there are keys but it defeats the whole purpose. Definitely going to try and return. Do not buy!

The media could not be loaded. I like it! It’s a solid option for an electronic keyless entry. I opted for this one as opposed to something like a smart lock because I liked the price. It’s a simple device and has a simple setup. Good value for the money and does it’s job.

The only reason that I am giving you the four star is because it's kind of loud. Works great been using it for the last 3 weeks and had no issues. I guess the noise isn't too big of an issue because I have it on my shop. But if you were to run in on an interior door it's pretty loud. I have ordered a second one for an office door.
