Was very easy to install and looks and feels great. One concern is that once the wrong code it entered I couldn’t get lock to work again until opened with key or from inside. Not sure if I need to read instructions and I perhaps did something wrong. But I would certainly recommend this lock

The media could not be loaded. We have purchased other keypad locks for exterior doors, but we were looking for something cheaper for an interior closet. Well, this lock works fine and is easy to program and use, but wow, is it noisy! Sounds like a little machine gun going off every time it unlocks. Based on my experience with the other keypad locks, this is NOT a feature that necessarily comes along with the technology. Not great if you want to be stealthy, or if you don't want to wake a sleeping partner, but otherwise it's a great little lock for a good price.

Got this to install in a out building I have. Install was a little pain, because the backing plate holes were not tapped currently for the supplied screws. Had to create a warranty ticket with MLOCKs. Week later got replacement plate. Installed and been using for about two weeks with no problems

Easy to install

This lock works well and is as attractive as possible with a keypad lock. We use it on a spare room closet. I love that it has an auto locking feature. My only con is that it is very loud! As someone else mentioned, it sounds very much like grinding ice. Since it's in a spare room, the noise is acceptable.

REVISED. After doing my best to work with these locks, I changed out the batteries and like magic they worked perfectly. The problem was not the locks! I had bought new Duracell red top batteries at Sams, a pack of 36, in June 2019. The batteries were weak and inferior. Changedvall over to Energizer Max. So far so good! Ordered 5 in March, They were terrific and all worked perfectly. Ordered 6 more in June and these are horrible. After one month of light use, only two are still working. Contacted customer service, no help there. "We are out of the brushed nickle finish". Yea, right.... Try something else, these are a waste of money.

Great lock- just alittle loud when locking and unlocking

Just completed the installation, took about 7 minutes with tools on hand. Very simple, I am a female homeowner and am familiar with small projects like this. Latch plate and stricker plate are both squared not rounded, you may have to chisel out space to accommodate this of it is different. There is no master code, to change, add, delete codes you must remove the back battery cover and use a wire tool provided to press a button then enter the code of choice. Simple but different than other brands I've installed and used. There is an optional button to press on the keypad to light the keypad. It doesn't happen automatically. The mechanism is rather loud too. I purchased this lock for an air bnb room to rent. It may be too loud and distract other guests. We'll see. Overall it is a great lock for half the price as most equal locks at the hardware store.

Not sure why there are so many negative comments about the product. It's a $54.00 interior lock which works great for me after a very easy and simple install for our home theater. It took a few minutes to get it programmed correctly which is elementary as well. Be sure that the connections are properly fitted and try not to put too much torque on the screws behind the battery cover but tightened enough to ensure the housing doesn't have any play. Also, try using a shorter code 2-4 digits and enter your code with-IN 5 seconds. Honestly, it looks great and does the job for the low price, plus it comes with 2 keys.
