Works as described

Boy happy with this product. Stoped working after a few months. It wouldn’t unlock when I put the code. We had to break into the room. Then it suddenly started working again. It’s been working for about 3 months and now it won’t h lock again. I would like a refund.

Super easy to install and works as expected. Auto lock is a great feature. Adding different codes is also great and helpful. Worth the price imo compared to other pricier options.

Took a chance on this but was worried about the quality since it was a name brand I wasn’t familiar with and was pretty cheap. However it seams very solid and works great.

We needed a combo lock for a door to keep kids out of, but not need a key for, and this fit the bill perfectly. Lock is secure, easy to install, and seems to be holding up well. Def can't go wrong with it.

Easy to install, this lock is great and easy to use. Has a light feature and auto locks after ⁵ seconds.

I recieived this on 2/3/2020 and installed that day. Today i went to close the door and it fell apart as per pic. I don't seem to find any contact info for Amazon so am reaching out for help this way. I have been doing this kind of work for over 60 years and cannot get it back together. Help

Works great, easy install, has a solid quality feel. No play in the knob. Easy way to allow controlled access without having to go get a key. I like the fact that you can set it to either lock automatically or not. It does beep when the keys are pushed and the lock mechanism isn't loud but it also isn't quiet. Entering a bedroom with a super light sleeper might be an issue. However, at the price, I am extremely happy with the product.
