The lock works great and it’s secure. There was an issue with one screw. It didn’t screw all the way into the whole to secure the bracket. I just screwed the other side with no problem and almost halfway screwed the screw in, on the other side. I just cut the other half off and it’s working so far. I would say it’s a little hard to program the lock as well. However the lock works great and it’s easy to use. I will order another lock. Definitely worth the price!

The whole thing has a sort of plastic feel to it so i don't know how it will hold up. IT'S not expensive so i figure it is OK for what I paid. I was surprised how easy it was to install, but no matter how I tried i could not get the # pad completely level with the door. When I got the inside right the outside was off. So it looks just a tiny bit crooked. (No one else sees it but me.) It took me a while to program it but after I looked at the instructions carefully I got it done. I'm a 63 year old female and have not done it before.

Great value works well but passcode setup was somewhat difficult. Had to watch a setup video online

Had this for a few months now. I like it, but the number pad is a little finicky. Sometimes I have to push a number twice before I get the beep sound indicating that the number has been entered. This can result in entering passwords incorrectly multiple times, which triggers the lock to block entering codes until a key is entered. I have already had to do that once.

Like the lock just not the tabs when you plug it in one of them was broke off and I didn't do it this causes a problem with Setting sertain numbers.

Satisfied...just what i was looking for to use on my walkin pantry and master closet

Purchased these for the church to add security and easy access for the trustees to enter supply rooms. However, there is no associated lettering for each number as shown in the product image. If we noticed this before we installed them, we would have returned them.

Pretty easy install and set up. Works pretty well. I use one on my shop. Ususally have to enter the code twice becaus its almost like you have to wake it up, and it misses the first digit. Great value.

I put this on my bathroom closet door where I store medicine I don't want my kids or guests to have access to. It works great, it was easy to install but the mechanism inside that unlocks it is LOUD. I wouldn't use this on an exterior door but it works great for securing my closet.
