The purpose of this device is to hide my computer's location. I bought it from Amazon in the United States but did not get around to installing it in the US, am visiting Mexico. That turned out to be impossible. Nord knew my computer was connecting from Mexico and demanded I give it my Mexican tax ID number. I am a tourist, I don't have a Mexican ID number, I cannot install it. The online support was, of course, a robot. It gave generic answers to my questions with canned answers; no help at all.

The code you purchase does not work. When requesting a refund from Amazon, you will will wait about 3 weeks.

I purchased the 2 year subscription for this service. I initially went through the setup instructions and settings according to Nord's website. My connection speed went from 300mbs to less than 1. Nothing worked to improve this after working with support. I tried to get a refund but that was not an option for support either. My phone is filled with NordVPN ads too. This is the worst of all the VPN services and I hope they shut down. Please read all the one star reviews and not the paid reviews that are at the top of amazon and google plan. If you dig a little you will understand.

BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER!!!! worked great the first 30 days...but once I couldn’t get a refund, everything started working like crap. I have to re connect to it anytime I use my phone because it shuts off my WiFi and internet doesn’t work. Very frustrating and wish to point you all in a different direction

I've had product 1 1/2 years. It may have worked 50-60 days out of this time period. Norton has reinstalled product 40-50 times. When computer is turned on, VPN doesn't load. Norton has referred product tp Tier 2 Tech Support numerous times but Tier 2 support doesn't answer or fails to return your call as promised.

I can't access my email or other important apps when I activate this product. Therefore, it's a waste of money for me to have purchased it.

It worked great for months and then it all came crashing down. First, I couldn't access Amazon.com. They told me to use the Canada server. That worked. Why does that matter? I have no idea. Then months later I couldn't access the net at all when it was on. They gave me a million things to try to fix the problem. Nothing worked. I shouldn't have to go through this. I am so disappointed in this product. I paid for multiple years. Now I have a NordVPN subscription for a product that doesn't work for what I bought it for.

I think it's installed on my computer. But my phone I don't have it installed and I'm having problems getting it installed.

Did not install correctly, would not accept the activation code that came with it, will not allow me access to the internet on the device I used to install, therefore I cannot access help, even to uninstall and reinstall, a window keeps asking for my authentication information but I never even got to that point. In my mind I just paid $99 to keep me from accessing the internet on my laptop for 18 months. And No phone number is provided as an option for help.
