The markers are dry. This was a Christmas gift and the fact that my kid opened and markers were not working is insane . Better quality for this. The game per se is awesome.

The media could not be loaded.  My daughter loved it and played with it for an hour. The downside: it’s a toy for “kids”, every smart parent has a very protective case on their kid’s ipad or tablet...and this device does not fit the tablet with the case on. Such a bummer so now I have to break my nails to take off the case and replace the case each time she plays with it...she may only be playing this once or twice to avoid replacing a very expensive tablet.

I find this item very expensive. Its good for a toodler around 4-6 maybe but not over 6 years old. My son got bothered after using this for a few times. I want to return it but i missed the aprt that its not returnable when i purchased it. I hope there are more activities he can do.

I purchased this as a gift fory 8 year old granddaughter. The box says that it includes 3 free games but it doesn't. You have to download the app and then the games. All in all it is a great way to learn while having fun but the games are very expensive. ( I did find a few on sale).

Got this for my 7 year old for Christmas. Beware if you have the fire tablet 10th generation or higher… the starter kit doesn’t come with the reflector adapter that you need and you will have to purchase separately. Kinda outrageous and inconvenient for a “starter” kit that doesn’t come with everything you need to start playing.

We opened the box Christmas day, thinking the starter kit had everything we needed for our firer tablet. If you have a Fire tablet 8 generation 10 you need an additional adapter. I did not see that in the description at all. This was my child's main gift and she was unable to play with it because of a bad description

Fire 10 tablets require an adapter which you have to purchase separately. Very annoying and expensive. Finally just got the extra piece and will see how it goes.After getting the adapter, I do not understand why it was not included originally. It's basically a small rubber bracelet. Incredibly annoying to have to purchase separately and cost even more money.

Bought for 4 year old but he was too young to understand the concept or really know what to do.

Not worth the money. Bored easily of this. Great for one day after that just didn’t like it.

We have only used the markers that came with it on it and the board is cloudy and will not come clean. Annoying for a $40+ dry erase board.
