The media could not be loaded. This unit looks nice and to be of good quality. It even worked great at first but broke after just over a month use. Blending ice for coffee drink should not have broken this however the housing around the shaft is made of plastic so it doesn't hold up well under use. Customer service contacted me and offered a replacement which was great however the same part broke a second time in the exact same manner. It's very unfortunate because it renders the immersion blender useless.
