Thee battery life and actual life of usability I better than the aftermarket batteries. Unfortunately, he DeWalt brand batteries are twice as expensive as the aftermarkets. E have tried three different aftermarket brands that do not have the same length battery life.

The bulkiness of the battery, it balances out some of the tools. Open the package it came in and both batteries were dead, 1 immediately charged, the other took a few days and some finagling to finally get it to charge. Over all can’t beat the deal
