Une des deux batteries ne fonctionne pas. Elle ne garde pas sa charge. Je ne sais pas comment faire pour l'échanger ou être remboursé. Votre aide serait apprécié.

Don’t use this dealer. 50% faulty items

Bought the two pack of these 6 amp hour batteries from Amazon. Never had an issue in the past with Dewalt, so I never checked them until I was ready to use. Purchased Feb 3, 2021 today is April 12th. Should have known better, but they are Dewalts! Didn't read reviews or check when they arrived. So now all I have is two paper weights. Won't charge. They light up the too cold/hot light on charger, but will not charge. Have them in the office 70 degrees but they will not do anything. Afraid to try more and really hate to switch to Milwaukee, it would cost a fortune. Have over 2 dozen dewalt 20 volt tools. Oh well, next time I know better!

I work in the trades and push my tools to extreme. These batteries dont seem to work any longer than my old ones.

It is hard to find this info but I use a DCA 1820 adapter on my older Dewalt tools so that I can use the newer lithium ino batteries. This battery will not fit on this converter.

Ordered two of these in March 2020 and one of the batteries is dead. Doesn’t charge at all anymore. It’s just dead, used it a few times only. For the money they should last years not months.
