One battery came broken

BATTERY HOLDS UP TO 10 MINUTES ONLY

Product does NOT hold or charge. properly. Beware! Only 30 days to return and was given as a gift. Too late to return. Obviously, bad battery

Stopped charging after 4 months of use.

I was only able to charge these batteries to 1 bar. I tried multiple charging docks, and no luck. This is not my typical experience with Dewalt products, so I returned them and purchased another set. WISH Amazon had told me there would be a $35.81 RESTOCKING fee with the return!! I was not pleased at all with that large surprise.

This product must be a knock off and if not this long time Dewalt fan will be switching brands. Some times the battery charges fine, sometimes it doesn’t. Could not be more disappointed. This has affected my opinion of purchasing anything named brand on Amazon. So what if the product is discounted if it is not authentic and does not work as advertised!

1 of 2 fails to charge after 3rd power cycle. No returns after 30 days.

These *will not* work with the DCA1820 adapter. There is a tab on both sides that is specifically designed to prevent them from fitting. The description of this product should clearly state this. They also will not charge on either of my DCB115 chargers. I wasted days waiting for this product to arrive, and now I have to return it.

these batteries can't be genuine dewalt they dont fit the adapters for 18 volt tools
