I am an Avid DeWalt User. I was happy to receive these batteries for my tools. Due to an ongoing project I am working on. But when I put the batteries on the charger, I found I was unable to charge one of the batteries. Unfortunately, I found this very disappointing. Especially with the quality reputation of DeWalt products. Now I find myself in a bad position. I am unable to return the product for an exchange, again due to my current project, and because my assistant disposed of the packaging. Needless to say, I remain short on batteries.

One of the batteries never charged. Amazon connected me with DeWalt customer service. For one the rep didn't know the product she was dealing with. Two I could barely understand her. Which I became very frustrated. In the end I was supposed to get an email with a label to return the one battery so they could replace it. I never received the email or anything else. I solely believe this had to do with the rep not understanding my email address because she didn't speak English well. I'm very displeased with DeWalt. I've been a loyal customer and have at least 30 or more of their cordless products. And alot more if you add in the guys who work for me.

This battery is junk! I have numerous dewalt impacts as I’m a professional mechanic. I’ve always had good luck with dewalt in a professional setting. Mac 20v cordless impacts use dewalt batteries as well as inners. How I discovered dropping the price I pay and just getting the dewalt strait out. That being said these batteries do not hold a charge. I have a continuing chain of batteries on several rapid chargers and these charge the same amount of time as the rest but last less than half the time.

Both batteries wouldn’t charge. Had to barely put them on the charger to get them to try to charge. They would stay red indicating they were charged when they weren’t. Also one of the indicator lights wasn’t working when pressed to see the amount of charge. Came in regular packaging so not sure where these batteries came from. no issues upon return

I use these 6 ah batteries for my grass trimmer, it hasn't even been a year; one battery doesn't keep a charge and the other all the lights are on like it has a full charge, but reality is another story, it doesn't last as long as my 4ah let along the 5ah .. I was going to give it 3 stars, but then I thought about the money these things cost .. 1 star
