Good. Works well and accurate. Reasonably priced I took my car to a mechanic for a chrck engine light. My car also felt like it is losing power and having a hiccup. Having 0 knowledge about csrs, i was a ble to check what the problem was. Was able to figure out how much parts would it cost and labor. I coild have saved more money doing the work myself but because I am new and that the problem appears to be bigger I didnt want to damage my car. Learned something new, and confident that i wont get ripped off at the mechanics.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I used the scanner for my Honda Pilot 2007 and it provided me the code to let me know that there is an issue with the catalyst converter. I followed the instruction and it took less than a minute to get the reading.

Okay. I used this on my '01 Jetta 8-10 months ago, worked fine. Several months later tried it on a friends Jetta-link error. Tried it on my '03 Silverado-link error. PLugged it back in '01 Jetta-all good. You know how men just toss directions, etc, away? Well, seems this code reader works like this: When you first use it, plug it in. Start the vehicle...once running, hit enter. SImple. Now the next time you use it on the same vehicle, plug it in, turn the key to run, no need to start the vehicle. Works fine. Now if you plug it into another vehicle, you need to do as I stated first, that is plug it in, start vehicle, then hit enter. This might help those that say it works on one car but not the other.

I tend to own older cars. These are cheap enough that I usually keep one in each of the cars. As my kids have gone off to college I toss one in the car so when they have a light come on, I can help them trouble shoot it without having to go to a shop.

This product has saved me money already, plus I’ve made money resetting codes for people and gave them their codes so they knew exactly what the real reason the check engine light was on . Making $50 per check for people, shops normally charge upwards of $100-$130 for running this same diagnostic codes check.

This little OBD is great buy one I have used it for many different cars in the family and for friends. I know that others I've talked to have got thier own. The book comes with codes that describe your engine light problem. The book is very basic so head to YouTube if you need more info. Buschman

I love the accuracy and how such a small device is fast amd deletes check engine light. I used autozone scaner and gave wrong code. When i used this one it was very accurate!

Works as stated and I think a great buy for the price . I think maybe the interface could be a little more user friendly for the less mechanically minded people . But saying that, you get a user's guide that tells you what each code means . It has worked out great for my use so far . I bought it as a daily special so I got a great price .

Highly recommend this product !!!! My husband had doubts until it proved to be my best purchase !! Small price to find out there was no problem with my vehicle, I know what the cost would have been at the service department. Buy it for piece of mind before taking your vehicle in for service. It even turned off the check engine light 😀😀❤
