I love the product. Its versatile, easy to use, and seems quite reliable. My only problem is that the battery indicator never gets to "green" indicating "fully charged" though plugged into the power source for days! Otherwise, it works like a charm. Every motorist should own one.

The product works as it should, great! BUT.....the cables to attach to your battery are very short and there's no plug at all to plug the battery pack in. None! You have a flip piece that is on the back of it that you flip down and attach your own extension cord too. Kinda sucks if you're somewhere and didn't bring, or have an extension and need to recharge your pack. The battery cable themselves are very short, to the point that you almost have to have the pack right next to the dead battery. So if you don't have a good balancing spot to put the pack, where it will actually stay there, WHILE you go back into your car to start it......well, so much for the battery pack staying where it is. Buh-bye....it's on the ground! Other than that, the pack works great as pretty much all battery packs do. Oh yea, it's also heavy......really heavy....so keep that in mind too. Not something a weaker person would want to have. Start working out those biceps and shoulder muscles if you want to get this item. Gave it a 3 on each item only because of the battery clamp lengths and where it gets plugged in. Otherwise it would have been 5's all over.

I have a schumacher trickle charger that was purchased decades ago. If this one lasts more than a year I will be amazed. One of the plugs is not aligned properly, the attachments are made incredibly cheaply. Bye, bye schumacher.

We bought this to keep around our farm. We are disappointed in the reliability.The cables are short for older vehicles. And when we really need something to start a vehicle is let’s us down

It broken quick in few weeks my air pressure broken in few used

Ok so it looked great and had some really nice features.I immediately charged it to 100% max capacity,knowing that I was going to need it for my hot rods dead battery.Hooked everything up correctly and it didn’t come close to starting my car.Went inside my buddies shop grabbed his DSR114 and it fired right up.It’s non returnable so choose very wisely.

The power input connector is almost broken. They can do a better job with f adding a fixed connection to charge it

The product is nice, found a better featured unit elsewhere.Customer svc at Amazon is amazing.

The jump start feature kicks butt! The air compressor was kind of weak (but that wasn't the reason I bought it). It jump started my truck every time without an issue.All the outlets' worked fine for a while but then stopped. I didn't purchase warranty, so a little bummed they stopped working after only a few months. Even with a full charge. I won't buy again. I think I'll try a well known name brand next and buy the warranty as well.
