When it works it functions well, but after only one year it needs to be replaced as the battery inside completely dies, making it useless.

This time works okay for portable power; however, the air compression is extremely minimal. It took almost thirty minutes to inflate a simple pool raft. I would not truly it to inflate anything requiring more pressure or even an inflatable mattress.

I can't return it but the first time I finally got around to using it the plug in for an extension cord does not work. I get an error message. Other ports all work. This is new out of the box. I emailed the company. We will see if they respond. I will buying something else.

As on the headline, not a great jumpstarter. I have not tested the actual amperage, but it does not seem near the claim on the packaging.

Received a battery in a box that had clearly been opened previously and the bottom of the battery is marked up so it seems to have been placed on the ground by a previous user. Haven't tried using the battery yet, but was disappointed to receive a used product when I purchased a new one.

Bought this in April of 2020. Used it pretty lightly. Now in October of 2022 it won't fill my car tire. It goes up maybe a pound then shuts completely off. It reports fully charged. For the price, it should be more reliable.

I found a way to charge it. See photos. Ac out let's rated at 200 watts continues. So it run small loads like a laptop, lamp,or small fan.

Back when I used to go to college I bought this thing so I could air my tires, jump my jeep in the winter, and extend the meager batter of my laptop while enjoying the outdoors.10+ years later this thing hasn't changed an iota... and man did I have rose colored glasses on at the time.A similarly priced lithium battery bank can run a laptop for MUCH longer and is much smaller. A plug-in compressor can air your tires without having to be recharged multiple times in the process, and do it all much faster. A lithium jump-starter fits in your glove box and has even more kick.Sure, it's multiple things in one package, but that package is bulky and ineffective at all tasks asked of it.Was fine back in 2009, but progress has been made. Buy something better.

Got the unit unboxed and charged it for 2 full days, stayed at 100 percent for about 4 hours , the next morning it was down to 70 percent with no use, charged it again and the same thing, the next morning with no use the battery level was down to 60 percent , great features but not any good if it doesn't hold a charge

Great charger, but the air compressor portion doesn’t work. After 5 minutes, not even one pound of air was produced in a deflated car tire. On another note; had an issue due to a shipping error and Amazon was very kind and solved the problem. So Amazon gets 5 stars while the power station gets 3 stars. Another odd thing is, when I first plugged it in to the wall to charge it, the green light did not come on. I checked the connections to be sure all was secure. A loud siren then sounded, and I had to unplug the device from the wall to get it to stop. Then I plugged it back into the wall and all ok (for now). I own an older, smaller, Schumacher jump box and have had it plugged into the house wall outlet now for about 6 years with no problem. I wondered if I could leave this one plugged in also (to make sure it's always charged and ready to go), and the red tag on the machine answered my question. Photo included. Yes, you can leave it plugged in, and no, that will not damage the battery.
