I love this cooker … the lid is slightly loose but is lightweight and easy to use

I love this rice cooker but I’m confused on why the box says it holds 20 cups of rice but the inside says 10 cups

The description is 20 cup but only fits 10 cups. I'm confused.

Good size to carry, multiple features and light weight

Great for cooking and holding Rice, grains ahead of time for lunch or dinner. Like that you can also steam veggies.

We've had two of the Aroma rice cookers and both only last 2 years. We use the machine every other day, so its moderately used and maintained so its a little disappointing that these don't last longer than 2 years. Other than the short life span, everything worked as expected.

Great product in every area except one. I'd like to see them go back to the spring loaded electrical cord like the older models. My last one lasted over 15 years.

If you follow the directions, this is a great little rice cooker. The directions are vague for steaming veggies at the same time as cooking rice. I found if you drop in the veggies during the last ten minutes and follow the time table in the book, it works great. We used to trash the microwave trying to cook rice, but now in the cooker it turns out great.

It took awhile to received the order. This was a gift for someone, so I personally have not used it.

I’ve only used it so far to steam fresh or frozen veggies but it was amazingly simple. I thought with all the buttons I’d need more instructions but it’s very user friendly. The preset options for the timer etc are accurate. I plan to make brown rice with it and veggies simultaneously. It came with a cool steamer basket. I love it so far.
