The item is ok, but I had 2 issues with it. One, the 20 cup description is misleading since you can only fit about 10 cups of rice to max. Secondly, the Keep Warm function hardens the rice and without using it, the rice gets soggy in the center... this is all within half a day. It's ok to use for a per meal cooking and eating instantly after cooking, but if you wanted to cook early and eat later, it won't taste as good. The other functions seems cool, but haven't tried it yet, my main needs were for rice cooking.

I had high hopes for this rice cooker… but after owning it for nearly a year I can say I wouldn’t recommend it. I bought it in a pinch because ours died, and the one I wanted was going to take weeks to ship. It seemed fine at first, but it ALWAYS bubbles out through the vent and into a dip in the lid. I wash my rice and add a little butter - which has always worked in every other cooker I’ve owned - but not with this rice cooker. The inner lid is not a separate piece you can take out, so it’s hard to keep clean. Despite cleaning it after every use and always following the instructions, my rice has started to taste like plastic in the last few weeks. I can’t find the cause, and I’m probably going to search for a new rice cooker - that’s not this one. I think the design flaws with this cooker have caused a lot of these problems.

I liked the rice cooker but after some months the inner pot peeled. (See picture). I couldn’t find a pot replacement online.

I was hesitating to buy this pot again because the first one was a nightmare! but...I did and now I'm going to look for another one. The condensation in this rice pot is crazy and it spoils the rice so fast. I've tried using layers of paper towels to stop the water from getting into the rice but it just doesn't work. I will never buy this rice cooker again because I hate it! I never hated a rice cooker before but I hate this one.

The cooker is really nice and easy to use. The only reason I give it a 2 star is because they misguided me by claiming 20 cups capacity. In my first use I cooked 9 cups of rice and the cooker got so full and was hard for me to reshuffle the rice. On my 2nd time, I cooked 8 cups of rice, the cooker got full with little empty room to be able to reshuffle the rice after finishing cooking. So thus cooker is highest 9 cups of capacity, not 20 cups.. pls do not misguide the customer.

Worked great at first, bought late January it’s mid April and now the “white rice”” button doesn’t work
