This is easy to use and makes food come out great every time! I just realized it's not only a rice cooker but slow cooker as well (so no need to purchase a crockpot). Easy to clean, easy to use. The only thing I wish it had would be a top to cover the interior pot once you've finished cooking and just want to stick it in the fridge. No biggie, still a great buy for a good price. I have been using this model since like forever. I use this for cooking rice about two to three times a week. I replace it almost yearly because the teflon coating peels off after so many uses (my fault in scrubbing) and the time it takes to cook the same amount of rice gets lengthier as the cooker gets older. The latter, I expect because it's a heating element and deteriorates with time. I really don't mind replacing the cooker - it's cheap and I always wait for it go on sale (like right now!). Also, it looks really nice on the counter top!

I was skeptical at first because this is my second rice cooker ever, I've always done the microwave rice cooker. I am pleasantly surprised. Super easy to use super easy to clean and very nice looking!!!!!

Just got my new Aroma cooker for thanksgiving, I absolutely love it! It really does make restaurant quality rice with absolutely no supervision or stirring required. The rice is light, separate and dies not cake! The container inside is easy to clean too! I would recommend checking size of the actual container inside before purchasing to understand if it would be sufficient and not rely on the cup capacity mentioned. Overall a very good product :)

The first night, I cooked rice and chicken simultaneously without having to stand over the food while it cooked. I threw in the ingredients and was able to get other things done in that 30 minutes. For a working mom, this is perfect for a quick, healthy meal.

I like this rice maker, quick and easy! the only thing I don't like is that if you follow the ratio of water recommended by instructions you end up with under cook rice so as long as you stick to basic 1 to 2 ratio you should be ok!

It is a great rice cooker with a reasonable price. Work great!!! Love it.

I have only used it to make sushi rice and white rice. Sushi rice came out good, white rice came out a little more moist than I would like it to be. Perhaps I have to experiment with the amount of water it needs. So far it seems a good rice cooker for its price.

I’ve only used it so far to steam fresh or frozen veggies but it was amazingly simple. I thought with all the buttons I’d need more instructions but it’s very user friendly. The preset options for the timer etc are accurate. I plan to make brown rice with it and veggies simultaneously. It came with a cool steamer basket. I love it so far.
