This is NOT 20 cups! Even the lines on the inside only goes to 10 cups. It’s tiny! My former insignia multi cooker was bigger and seemed much more durable than this. I’m sad I didn’t see that old one again to rebuy it for my new place. I’m not sure how long this is going to hold up. Pros: it’s tiny and lighter.

It works pretty well, but it seems to take way too long to steam the rice.
