I use this rice cooker daily and it "takes a lickin but keeps on tickin". Love it.

I stayed in a condo in Hawaii and they had this rice cooker there. I used it most of the week and it was awesome for cooking rice and steaming. So versatile. I've had a National forever and I held off on purchasing a new rice cooker because Japanese cookers are so expensive. I found this rice cooker to be on par with a National.

I've always made rice the real way in a pan and never bothered on ever buying a rice cooker. Bought this on a whim when I had to make a large quantity of rice and beans. The most I had made was 4 cups so I figured maybe I could try a rice cooker out. This one seemed like it would do what I needed it to do. It was awesome I was able to make the 10 cups of rice and it turned out so fluffy and not mushy. I was amazed I could make such a large quantity of it. This isn't only a rice cooker but it steams veggies and it's a slow cooker all in one. I haven't tried the other features but it makes rice which is what I needed it for.

Best rice cooker hands down! White and brown rice always comes out perfect without sticking or burning. Steams veggies to perfection! I haven't used it's other features yet, such as slow cooker, but I'm sure it's just as excellent.

I recently purchased this item to replace a smaller one from the same manufacturer in order to cook larger portions. It is great for cooking mixed rice and steaming anything. I love it!

We cook rice almost everyday and this rice cooker cooked Jasmine White Rice perfectly. First, we used the White Rice function and the rice came out perfect, then we noticed the "quick rice" function and it cooked the rice equally as perfect! We look forward to using the other functions. We also LOVE that the bottom rice doesn't come out brown! Rice cooks consistently without burning on the bottom...

This rice cooker is wonderful! Everything I attempted to cook came out just as I expected. Even brown rice, which is so difficult, came out great. The only problem I had was with the website's ordering process and the barely English speaking Customer ser ce people.

This rice cooker is awesome! We have cooked rice and oatmeal in it.. Turned out amazing! The steamer is great as well!
