I had high hopes for this rice cooker. The seal on the lid was damaged, slightly bent. And it release steam from all sides of the lid. If you do purchase it, try it out and return asap if it is broken.

Gave it two tries. Very disappointed. Water came out of the steam vent and made a bad mess. I have used many rice cookers before and this is the 1st one having this issue. This is NOT NORMAL. I'm returning this tomorrow.

Worst rice cooker I’ve owned. Water comes or of the steam area and sits in the top making for an annoying cleanup

It spews rice water all over the top. Yes, we followed the directions. I have no clue why it does this, worked fine the first time. Now it makes a mess every single time.

It was Messy, difficult to clean, easily scratchable, and the main pot is made of Teflon.

non stick coating flaking off after barely a couple of months. today is Aug 23. I picked this up on Mar 13.

Somehow my rice keeps getting over cooked, the instructions on portion control is very off

A lot of water would leak and pool at the top of the lid. Broke less than 6 months of purchase. Do not buy. Save up and buy something else.

We purchased this rice cooker a little more than a year ago and the non stick coating has started to come off in small pieces. Not sure why as we’re super careful with cleaning it and don’t use any metal tools silverware when getting the rice out. Wanted to get a replacement pot but they don’t offer to purchase separately.
