Too late before I noticed the problem.. return window closed.. very poor performance, I owned two aroma rice cookers, never had this issue..

Order never delivered and there is no way in the app to resolve this. Only option is for a return. Can return what was never delivered.

We had the same size Aroma brand rice cooker until the latch broke. It worked like a champ every time regardless of the type of rice used. We’ve now had this one for several months and have NEVER had a pot of brown rice turn out well. We have reviewed the manual multiple times and looked online for tips or tricks - no luck. We do not recommend this rice cooker if you plan to cook something other than white rice.

Didn’t have meat cooking option like 6 qt has how to exchange with another one

This is the worst rice cooker from Aroma we’ve ever bought. Our countertop is always messy with vapor coming out of the rice cooker. The top of the rice cooker is always white with the steam that solidified. What’s more is we bought this at full price at Target! Hate hate hate this one! I’m ready to just throw it in the garbage.

Five days after purchase, it stopped turning on.

Unfortunately the cooker didn’t work the white rice mode just kept circling and the bottom portion that heats the whole system kept smoking and smelled of an electrical firer. And no the bottom half that holds the rice was not wet<3

This rice cooker has a nice size, you can cook a lot of rice but it leaves mess in the top. The hot, sticky mess from the rice rises to the top and sits in the roof of the lid. I gave it a 1 star bcs the mess is hot and will burn your skin.

It’s not work well some rice is to dry and some too wet.

Terrible it didn’t cook the rice had it on or over an hour
