No customer support. It stopped working in 6 months.

Received used & previously returned cooker.

Won't cook the rice. Temperature never gets high enough for steam to come out, and when cycle "ends", there's still water in the bowl. Running the cycle twice won't even fully cook the rice. Customer support is slow as well. Get a different brand if you want cooked rice.

Does not cook rice properly. So disappointed
