I love my pot the original one I had my mother nurse didn't push it back far enough from the stove and melted my button from hot steam. Other than that it cooks well

After years of faithful service, our simple 3-setting Aroma rice cooker finally went to the giant kitchen counter in the sky (yes, this appliance is truly counter-worthy), so we upgraded to this model. So far we’ve used it to cook rice, steam veggies, and make oatmeal, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Doubt that we’ll use it as a slow cooker but nice to have that capability if we need. The inner pot is wonderfully non-stick, the design is modern and sleek, and the build quality is excellent. If you want a dependable rice cooker that can do way more than just rice but don’t want to spend $100 on one of those overhyped one-pot cookers, this is for you! Couldn’t be happier.

ASOMBROSO / AMAZING Rice Cooker! This Aroma 20 Cup Digital Multicooker & Rice Cooker is a replacement. - I really like this Multicooker....The setting options are: RICE, MULTI-GRAIN, QUICK RICE, STEAM, CAKE, YOGURT, SOUP/BROTH, OATMEAL, SLOW COOK AND SAUTE! I purchased this Aroma model specifically for it's CAKE & OATMEAL making option settings. - the settings are similar to my 8 Qt Instant Pot...Awesome Features...LOVE! - I will be making thick and fluffy PanCakes with this Aroma Multicooker, too! I purchased my first Aroma rice cooker in 2001...and it is still making perfect rice, quinoa and whatever else I decide to throw inside. - I gave my 2001 Aroma Rice Cooker to my best friend and he is very happy with it, too.! I Highly Recommend The Purchase Of This Aroma Multicooker / Rice Cooker

I bought another multi-purpose pressure cooker but it was far too big and bulky. I kept glancing at it a few days (didn't use it) scanned the recipe book, and returned it. I looked for something else to suit my needs and a rice cooker came to mind. I bought Aroma's multicooker and rice cooker and have used it every day since receiving it two weeks ago. The only feature I have not used is cake and yogurt. I love it! I don't know what took me so long, really! I've made spaghetti sauce, soups, steamed veggies, salmon and chicken breast strips, slow cooked Cornish hens, and made white, wild, yellow, jasmine and basmati rices. I love the saute feature! What's also great is, you only have one pot to clean after its use. I highly recommend this product if you do not need or desire a pressure cooker. The image is the spaghetti sauce that's cooking now. (I add black beans to increase nutritional value to many of my dishes.)

Love it, so far I used the rice setting :) I’ve been wanting one for awhile but wasn’t sure which one to get and this has multiple use. Sweet!

It was very convenient and easy to use this cooker. I like that you can cook quick rice meals in 40 minutes or less.

This thing is so useful! I rarely need to cook that much rice, so I use it for basically cooking anything else. I use the steam function and cook about 5lbs of raw chicken quarters at a time. I also steam potatoes and veggies with it, too. It's just so versatile and the non-stick bowl still looks new after tons of abuse from either the dish washer or scrubbing it with a non-scratch scrubber. I definitely recommend.
