The unit heats up really quickly and does a beautiful job, my issue, and it's a big one, is that you cannot get the rollers off of the holder, it's practically a nightmare. One of them BROKE the first day. Unfortunately I'm going to have to return.

I have used hot rollers for over 20 years. I could only find this set in stock. I have long hair and my old Conair jumbo set stopped working. I did not like this set for many reasons. Rollers hard to remove, they burnt my fingers, left a crease on my hair and the curls were too tight that they looked ridiculous. I will be returning.

The rollers were easy enough to pull straight up and were hot enough but the clips are simply too small. They only go 75% around the rollers to begin with and once hair is around the roller it simply droops. the end result is that the hair gets curled until close to the scalps where it lays flat.
