It came with a Huge Damage I uploaded the picture but they weren't good seller with me. They wanted me (amazon) to pay for the return. Really bad 👎

I bought this 6qt instant pot in October 2023. As of April 2024, less than a year. The silicone seal for the instant pot lost its elasticity, which I thought was the problem. I bought new seals to replace them, but there is still a significant gap for the new seal, which doesn’t seal properly.I’m very unhappy with the product design and won’t purchase any Instant Pot products again.

Stopped working

The product box is damaged. It’s a gift. I don’t want to give a gift that might be damaged.

The outside carton was undamaged. But there was a big dent in the metal outside casing and a big crack in the plastic next to the socket.

Sell USED one as new one, how evil it is.

The media could not be loaded. I have 2 pressure pot . I used be afan of Instant Pot , I’ve been used their product for 6 years . But I’m shocked this time for my new pot . I washed the stainless pot with dish soap and cooked as normal, All the food gets dark! And I washed very carefully for couple hours, as you can see the in the picture ! Very disappoint with this purchase ,very disappoint with Instant Pot !

I've only used it for 1 week and the pressure seal stopped working. Now I need to try multiple times to even get the pressure seal to work.I would recommend not purchasing from this manufacturer. Sub standard product.

Went completely dead during use after 7 months of light use. Probably used it 10 times total. Not the first one I've had this happen to.

Purchased this instant pot on May 11th. Have used it only four times. Got it out to use today, and it is completely dead. No display light, no nothing. Return widow closed on June 11th.
