Didn’t come with instructions or recipes so it sits with no use

Love my instant pot. I had relied on a pressure cooker for many years. Can be dangerous and very loud. Aluminum also stains.The instant pot saves time, saves money, and is used a lot in my home. I will cook whole bags of dried beans, large roasts, or soups in mine. I will cool, portion into smaller servings, and freeze. Then thaw that serving one day and a meal is ready in no time. I have also used the frozen food for unexpected events or gave to neighbors who aren’t able to cook or live alone all they have to do is heat and eat.

Always need this in the kitchen

This was a gift for my brother - he loves it and uses it at least twice a week. Much healthier than frying food!
