I’ve only used it as a pressure cooker, which I use everyday. Only buy one with a stainless steel pot. I’m still figuring out the buttons. I like that the top is 1 piece, but not sure how to replace rubber gasket later. Cooking time can vary on different pressure cookers, and this one seems to cook a few minutes on a shorter time. Love how the pressure/release button works-easy to use

Love this so much! The lid is not as easy to put on as others I have used though. Gets very hot and is a good quality. It’s smaller than a crockpot.

I love my Instapot. Plug it in, program it and walk away. It is quick and quiet. It even detects when the food is burnt.

Where has this thing been all my life. I love it. I make my own dog food and it’s so fast and easy and I am thrilled that pressure cooking saves the most nutrients compared to other methods of cooking. What more could I ask for? it is fun to use and I can’t wait to try all the recipes on the app. I have never been a good cook, but this. Insta pot. is making me one. Highly recommend for one or two and definitely a family.
