I was hestitant to spend this much money on a set of pillows, but I am so glad I did! I recently had a spinal fusion surgery and needed extra compfort/support while healing. Now, I don't know how I would've managed without these. Don't listen to the comments about a smell. The only smell was the "new fabric smell" that had been shrink wrapped. Couldn't smell anything after it had been open for an hour. I highly recommend this set for post-op or anyone with major back issues!
