This is my second pair of JLAB Bluetooth ear buds. I really liked my first pair that I purchased from a local retailer. I expected more from this brand when I purchased this item earlier this year. I bought them because I wanted that would like flat on my ear for listening to fall asleep. I've not used these earbuds for more than 20 hours since I purchased them.My biggest frustration with these earbuds is that the Bluetooth disconnects from the audio device at about 15 minutes of listening. Specifically, the right earbud is the first to disconnect in the middle of listening audio. This is interruptive and annoying, and usually inconvenient.The charging is inconsistent in that it will show fully charged (three blue lights), but when inserted in the ear it will say, "battery 50%". This is after a full charge!Additionally, when adjusting the earbuds, I find myself accidentally changing the mode they are in. This is also frustrating. You have to learn to handle the earbuds by the straight portion, while avoiding the circular face of the earbud. This isn't always convenient.

I ordered two pairs of these, neither will connect to any device. I have owned jlabs before and never had any issues with them. Beware this seller is selling defective items.

My last paired I had died on me and I love this brand. So seeing these pair with a cooler case and what seems like a awesome new pair of headphones. Now, this is the second time I tried these new pair. (Same issue for both pairs... The issue was, I received them but they were dead. So I charged them for 6 hours. Then one bud was at 10%. Left them for 3 more hours. Still were dead. No chance to use them.So the second time I returned them and decided on a different brand..so sad because they are dope looking 🥺

Buying 3 pairs all of the would not charge one of the 2 headphones.And when it did charge, I had a maximum of 20 min. Very upsetting because my first was perfect and my favorite from them

To all the customers reviewing this, do not buy. I bought this product despite the complaints of other customers and ended up in the same position. Received my product and after trying to connect the left earphone it wouldn't connect neither will it stay charged. I got a defective product.

I charged the case untill it showed full battery and then attempted to charge the earbuds. The earbuds refused to charge even after making sure they were touching charging pins. The indicator lights said they were "fully charged" but they would connect and immediately die.
