I really like the packaging and the look and feel. BUT the feel in my ear not so much. My ear hole shape doesn't line up to any of the sizes provided. That being said it made the sound not as good as it probably should be. Other than that, I have zero complaints. They worked as they should and charged and connected every time.

Hard to find a reason to keep them. They go from fair to poor each time you use them. No support from JLab on this model, they don't even list it on the home page, the listed App to control in the instructions does no exist! I bought the Apple AirPods Pro which I should have done in the place, pricey but worth it!

Bluetooth earbuds have become pretty common now, kind of a dime a dozen (a little more than that, I guess).These have a couple strikes against them. First of all, I'm not a fan of the integrated charge cable. I appreciate what they tried to do, but I think they failed. Those low-profile half USB cables just never seem to work well.Secondly, I think there are better bargains for earbuds. For what you get, these just aren't that great.

I Originally Bought These For Me I Couldn't Even Use Them I Charged Them at least 3 Times and they still didn't keep a charge so I decided to give them to my niece cause she needed new earbuds and she absolutely loves them
