I've used other JLab Audio products in the past and been very happy with them, so I thought I'd love these new JBuds Air Play Gaming earbuds. I was wrong. After over two months of heavy use, here's why I say that:Pros* Low latency feature for gaming - and watching movies - works exactly as advertised. Great job here!* Good to great sound quality, depending on what sound profile you like. Mids and highs are solid. Bass isn't quite as heavy as I like, but it's perfectly acceptable.* Cool modern design. I'm not going to lie - I really like how these things look.* Includes three sizes of ear tips and one set of medium foam ear tips - meaning just about everyone should be able to find a size that gives a good, comfortable fit.* Included set of medium foam ear tips are AWESOME! They're surprisingly comfortable, and somehow seem to improve sound quality - maybe by providing a better seal?* Excellent user manual, the likes of which you seldom see these days. It does a great job of explaining these earbuds features, and how to use them.* High-quality packaging.Cons* Don't turn themselves off when returned to charging case. These are literally the only wireless earbuds that I have seen that don't automatically turn themselves off when placed in their charging case. This means you have to remember to manually turn them off every single time you stop using them. This seems like a MAJOR oversight on someone's part.* Awful call quality. This is a major drawback for people like me who have to use their earbuds for both music and work calls.* Quiet. Like, these are the quietest earbuds I've ever purchased - even when the volume is turned all the way up. This was improved a little by using the included foam ear tips.* Only pairs with one device at a time. If you want to use it with a second device, you have to re-pair it every single time. Not being able to be paired with at least two or three devices these days just isn't acceptable.* Integrated USB-A charging cable. This seems like a fantastic idea at first, but it's really not. This is because: 1) the charging cable is less than 3 inches long, making it hard to plug in a lot of places 2) if this integrated cable wears out or breaks, you're out of luck because you can't replace it 3) USB-A is old and on the way out as a charging standardOverall, I really wanted to love these Air Play Gaming earbuds - but I just can't.They have a good sound and provide low-latency sound for gaming and movies - which is great - but they're severely marred by multiple other critical design flaws.I can't honestly recommend these earbuds because you can definitely get much better for the same or less money.

I bought theese for mobile gaming COD mobile and free fire, unfortunately there is a significant delay in audio. When you jump or move the sound later follows. Not worth the price in my opinion.

They worked well for about 2 weeks and the left one stopped charging. The only other issue I had was they we extremely uncomfortable. I had to just hang them in my ears.

Would not stay in the ears. And not super comfortable to wear.

I have now bought 3 pairs, 2 will be returned. First set lasted about a year before connection and audio problems. Bought a replacement set, first time the right earbud would not charge, would connect saying battery medium then immediately say low battery, after charging all night. The second set is doing the exact same thing only with the left earbud. Again charging all night while i slept.

The battery life is bad and the Bluetooth connection is a hassle and times out. The sound quality is not good, which is something Ive never been picky about. But these were noticeably bad. Only used them a few times and they still work but I just decided to get new ones already

I like to listen to podcasts (and occasionally handle phone calls) while I'm out walking or jogging, often at night. So I need my earbuds to remain firmly in place (because I don't want to have to find them on the ground in the dark), I want a rock-solid Bluetooth connection (because I don't want to interrupt things to re-pair), good battery life (some of my calls are long), and crystal clear speech (including the mic). I don't care about audiophile music or gaming, and latency is only an issue for the occasional video call. Most of my previous earbuds have compromised in one or more of these areas. These Jbuds check all the boxes. That said, I have to knock off one star for the quirky charger. The earbuds case has a (very short) built-in flat cable that terminates in a USB 2.0 style plug. Not micro USB, or USB-C, but a big, honking old school USB. Why? All of my mobile devices (laptop, tablet, phone, watch) use USB-C. A simple USB-C socket would have probably been cheaper, and certainly more convenient.EDIT 8/5/21: Well, after 7 months of satisfactory use, the left-hand earbud has failed... but in a curious way. A couple of minutes after I started using them (fully charged), the left bud said "Power off" and shut down. I listened for a while to just the right bud, and then checked the instructions and powered on the left bud by holding down the button for three seconds. The bud announced that it was working, then powered itself off again six seconds later. Repeatable. Sigh... marked down from four stars to two.

Good quality construction. However the volume is very low. You tap the right earpiece to increase volume, but even with everything maxed out it wasn't anything like loud. Gotta send these back unfortunately.
