These are by far the worst Jlab earbuds I've ever purchased. I've been a long time jlab customer since 2014. I've used their headphones earbuds and wireless earbuds before. And honestly these should sell for 10 dollars. Sound quality is bad. The sound drivers are garbage. Which is why they didn't advertise about the sound drivers. The focus on battery life and game chat features. Well do yourself a favor and save your money. Look into better Jlabs and do your research. I thought I could trust the brand but they really do be dropping the ball.

The first pair I received:I purchased these to use during Zoom meetings / seminars. At first they were great, yet after only a couple hours I heard constant static. I switched to my old ear buds. I put these on to charge thinking maybe the battery wasn't full and tried them again after lunch. The same thing happened. I continued to use to see if static would clear and they lost connection. Tried the next day, same. I can't have that happening. I'm disappointed with this purchase. I went with this brand because I've had great results with their wired ear buds. Do not buy.Returned for a replacement pair which arrived quickly.The second pair:I didn't hear the static any more and the sound quality is okay. HOWEVER, THE BATTERY DIES AFTER 3 HOURS OFF USE. I have to resort to my wired earbuds during Zoom meetings / seminars when these die. And, the microphone will randomly stop working even when the battery is fully charged. I spent over 3 hours trying to record 20 minutes worth of content because of the mic. These are supposed to be designed for gaming. Any of the Gamers you know stop within 3 hours? Didn't think so. I'm disappointed all around and mad the battery life is so much less than advertised.

I had to return them because my husband said they're uncomfortable after a little while

I live Jlab products - but don’t buy these. The sound is terrible - no noise cancelling and the battery is acting goofy. First the right earbud wasn’t working now the left isn’t. Will be getting something different.

I'll be returning these. I figured since they were "gaming" the mic would be better but people in phone calls can't hear me. I had some JLab go headphones and I don't remember having the same issues but with thqt pair one headphone stopped working after a while. Works fine as headphones, a little weirdness with the sound quality but for me I'll probably find some more reputable ones that I can use for phone calls.

Battery life was the reason I bought these .. I'm totally disappointed. definitely will not recommend for anyone who really enjoys somewhat continued play time .. and this is on medium to low volume..

i would expect the chance of a problem with the first ones but not the same problem with two different sets. i assume there is a quality problem in the process. i will not buy another set from this manufacture.

Each individual ear piece has a different battery life (both are pretty pitiful though) the left one i only get about 30-45 min on a full charge where i can get about 1.5-2 hours on the right.Sound quality is great, mic works well and i love the be aware feature.

Very bad battery life, can not use for over 2 hours, so I return

Came defective right out of the house. Wont hold a charge I'm either earbud, but especially the left one. I sent mine back, and now I am lost in a return cycle. Amazon can't even tell me whats going on. Do yourself a huge favor and go with a different set of earbuds. Do not buy from this vendor.
