I’m a sucker for a well designed earbud case, and J-Lab have done a great job with this one. With the gaming themed design on the outside, the vivid blue interior and the love it or hate it attached USB cable they’ve really pushed the boat out here, which it pretty impressive for a pair of earbuds at the budget end of the price range.As for the earbuds themselves, they’re perfectly fine. I didn’t expect much at this price, and while I’m not blown away I’m not disappointed. The sound quality is perfectly good, and the Signature, Balanced and Bass Boost EQ modes do an adequate job of tailoring the sound profile to your needs. I can’t abide lag in my wireless headphones, especially when I’m playing mobile games, and the super-low latency feature seems to do a good job of keeping it to a minimum.I’d have no problem recommending these to anyone looking for a respectable pair of budget earbuds.

Although these earbuds are perfectly serviceable for music and podcasts, these earbuds have specific features for gaming. There is better directional finding such that you can really gain some perspective benefits if playing a mobile FPS. Even the high end phones (S10 in my case) stereo speakers are not particularly suited for gaming where these earbuds can really help. Communicating in chat is balanced in several different ways depending on personal preference, but you do come through clearly if a bit mechanical over the line. The volume is a bit quiet, and without ANC, you can hear outside noise. You are completely dependent on the physical noise cancelling which is good but not as great as audio ANC. Battery life in full use over a week is 6 hours and four full charges without any issues. These are IP 55 rated, so these can be worn in light rain, but not in serious rain or dropped into water.

The earphones are great, but if you have small ears they won’t stay in easy. Everything else is so far great! I recommend buying if you have big ears!

Great sound and love that I can use either bud solo as I have to keep one ear open at work. I wish they were a little smaller though, since I have to take the silicone earfins off so they fit. This makes the earbuds a little less secure, but they don't fall out if I shake my head. All in all, good earbuds.

The sound quality is great but they fall out of my ears or plug the ear canal to the point that my head feels stuffy. I have small ears and all of the insert options are too big.
