The earphones are great, but if you have small ears they won’t stay in easy. Everything else is so far great! I recommend buying if you have big ears!

Great sound and love that I can use either bud solo as I have to keep one ear open at work. I wish they were a little smaller though, since I have to take the silicone earfins off so they fit. This makes the earbuds a little less secure, but they don't fall out if I shake my head. All in all, good earbuds.

1st day review. 10/22'2020... Easy setup. Battery at 50%, so was able to check audio. Pairing, very easy: as described in Handbook. Audio not the best. I have a 3rd Party app that works for me. ANC not available on this Model. A new model is available on JLAB site. I never have been impressed with ANC on other Suppler's product. RTFM. Practice with the Button Sensors. Takes a bit... _______ will review again 1 week or so...

The sound quality is great but they fall out of my ears or plug the ear canal to the point that my head feels stuffy. I have small ears and all of the insert options are too big.
