DO NO BUY

To all the customers reviewing this, do not buy. I bought this product despite the complaints of other customers and ended up in the same position. Received my product and after trying to connect the left earphone it wouldn't connect neither will it stay charged. I got a defective product.

Buds wont connect to charger.

I charged the case untill it showed full battery and then attempted to charge the earbuds. The earbuds refused to charge even after making sure they were touching charging pins. The indicator lights said they were "fully charged" but they would connect and immediately die.

I wanted to love these but...

My last paired I had died on me and I love this brand. So seeing these pair with a cooler case and what seems like a awesome new pair of headphones. Now, this is the second time I tried these new pair. (Same issue for both pairs... The issue was, I received them but they were dead. So I charged them for 6 hours. Then one bud was at 10%. Left them for 3 more hours. Still were dead. No chance to use them.So the second time I returned them and decided on a different brand..so sad because they are dope looking 🥺

Ear buds won’t charge beyond 50% on the charge indicator and as soon as you take them off the charger they die immediately.

Short battery life. Tried two pairs. Not worth the money.

The first pair I received:I purchased these to use during Zoom meetings / seminars. At first they were great, yet after only a couple hours I heard constant static. I switched to my old ear buds. I put these on to charge thinking maybe the battery wasn't full and tried them again after lunch. The same thing happened. I continued to use to see if static would clear and they lost connection. Tried the next day, same. I can't have that happening. I'm disappointed with this purchase. I went with this brand because I've had great results with their wired ear buds. Do not buy.Returned for a replacement pair which arrived quickly.The second pair:I didn't hear the static any more and the sound quality is okay. HOWEVER, THE BATTERY DIES AFTER 3 HOURS OFF USE. I have to resort to my wired earbuds during Zoom meetings / seminars when these die. And, the microphone will randomly stop working even when the battery is fully charged. I spent over 3 hours trying to record 20 minutes worth of content because of the mic. These are supposed to be designed for gaming. Any of the Gamers you know stop within 3 hours? Didn't think so. I'm disappointed all around and mad the battery life is so much less than advertised.

Really disappointed

This is my second pair of JLAB Bluetooth ear buds. I really liked my first pair that I purchased from a local retailer. I expected more from this brand when I purchased this item earlier this year. I bought them because I wanted that would like flat on my ear for listening to fall asleep. I've not used these earbuds for more than 20 hours since I purchased them.My biggest frustration with these earbuds is that the Bluetooth disconnects from the audio device at about 15 minutes of listening. Specifically, the right earbud is the first to disconnect in the middle of listening audio. This is interruptive and annoying, and usually inconvenient.The charging is inconsistent in that it will show fully charged (three blue lights), but when inserted in the ear it will say, "battery 50%". This is after a full charge!Additionally, when adjusting the earbuds, I find myself accidentally changing the mode they are in. This is also frustrating. You have to learn to handle the earbuds by the straight portion, while avoiding the circular face of the earbud. This isn't always convenient.

The battery completely ruins this product.

So the audio quality is great! There are some connection troubleshooting issues you may run into, but I would not reccommend these. The battery life is much less than advertised. One ear bud struggles to get any charge, and the one time I managed to get it to "70%" charge, it died in 30 minutes. Don't waste your money

Defective from arrival, then dbl price to reorder same item

The media could not be loaded.  (Amazon Refurbished Item)Super excited to get these! Charged up the case, and paired them to my phone.Lasted a whoping two seconds before the ear pieces stated low battery. Right at 30, left at 10%.Put them back in the case, and the left ear bud wouldn't take a charge. I get an indicator light that it is charging, but then quickly the light goes out while the right side indicator stayed pulsing.The right ear bud took a charge and works pretty good. The left has yet to take a charge no matter what I do. ( I know they are finicky sometimes)Accepted return with a wait time of 2 to 3 days after they receive them (that's normal)Hop back on to add another pair, and what do you know, went from 20 bucks to 40.Have been using Amazon for at least ten years. We have many refurbished electronics, even some we had to return.Usually they send another item first, and you can just toss the old in the box with, slap the return sticker that came with the replacement item and our usps guys takes it with him.Easy peasy.I am so disappointed in Amazon recently 😞Seems like the past couple years they have cut all the prime benefits we already pay for. Shipping prime has not been two or three days since covid, and now it's looking like they will send their garbage to you in hopes you just keep it, or turn around and charge you double when you dont.I guess knumbnuts needs more homes, cars, or spaceship parts.Dang, what happened to the immaculate response, customer service, prompt shipping, and actually getting what you order Amazon?We miss you.
