I bought these when we transitioned to zoom calls for classes, as my old gaming headset died. I also use them for raids in MMOs and general use. The quality is great, I like the JLab signature sound setting the best, but having the other options there is great for when you want to change the sound dynamics. The finger tap controls are easy to use and convenient. Unfortunately, my left headphone suddenly stopped working, so I reached out to customer service and they analyzed them and then sent a brand new pair since it was a defect. The whole process was easy and the customer service representatives were incredibly nice and helpful. 10/10 company and 10/10 product! If in doubt, go for it!
