It worked well until it didn’t. After 7 months of use water slowly drips out now.

I really wanted to like this, and it definitely works well. Only problem is it constantly leaks from the spicket, making it unusable. I can see here that this is a common issue :(

Bought this in February, and the handle that releases the water already broke. Too late to return to Target, and emailing the address the company gives in replies here didn't work, either. Filters also needed to be replaced far more frequently than advertised. Disappointed.

The dispensor lever snapped off after a year.

The handle broke after less than one year. I had emailed Pur Customer Service. They never wrote back. Otherwise, it's a great invention. Much more convenient than the pitcher version.

I wish I had read the reviews first. This model has quality issues. As others have said in their reviews, my handle to access water broke off within 6 months. I called Pur company and was told that they do not make parts and the warranty is only 90 days. If I want to use up all the extra filters I already purchased I'll have to get a whole new dispenser. Think carefully before spending/wasting $45 on a dispenser that will only last 5 to 6 months.

Just like the title states I seriously should’ve listened to the reviews talking about leakage. When I bought this I convinced myself that I wouldn’t get any sort of leakage from the dispenser but I was WRONG. My fridge absolutely got drenched from it slowly leaking out overnight. Nothing stopped the leak. Such a waste of money. Hopefully this review deters people from buying this item. You deserve better.

After a year of use, the spout is leaking, making it unusable. I also found refilling the reservoir annoying and cumbersome. Will be switching back to the pitcher filters.

broke and often leaked. I had to put a bowl underneath it to keep it from leaking all over my floor and finally after so many months, the handle broke off completely.

I had it for a week and found it very slow to filter but functional, at least. But then it started dripping from the spigot, and it hasn't stopped, no matter what I do. I reached out to PUR customer service on their website but haven't heard back yet. :-(
