The filter filters well and doesn’t make the water taste weird. I’ve actually been drinking more water since I got it. But it has an issue, which is that it filters extremely slowly so I constantly find myself running out of water because it can never quite catch up. For example, I fill up the top before going to sleep and wake up to find that only about a third of it has been filtered!

Like others, I like the concept and the water is great, but it’s too slow!! It takes 2-4 hours for one fill up to filter! It’s insane.

It worked great at first but after only a couple weeks it became extremely slow the water goes through the filter at a painfully slow pace even though the light is still green like the filter doesn’t need to be replaced.

This worked great for some time until after about 3-4 months of usage the lever to pull down water broke off. I suspect it's so I end up buying another one in this globalized world where everything is meant to break. As a result I've gone back to drinking tap water for the last few months, but I'll probably just end up getting a lifestraw since that filters out microplastics.

Got a replacement version of this after the first one leaked. The new one didn't leak, but after about 10 months, the spigot broke. To save money, I've still been using it: I take the top and filter off and pour it into a large water bottle every morning and every night. But now the top part is cracked, so it's leaking unfiltered water into my filtered water. I shouldn't have to replace this every year. Huge waste of plastic too. PUR, I'd pay more for your products if you designed them to last longer!

Tastes great but about a month after buying the nozzle started dripping making huge messes in our fridge. I kept thinking I had fixed it but no, drip drip drip all over. Guess I’ll be looking into other better quality water filters. Dumb.

I don't like the idea of having a bunch of bottles hanging out around the house.. and the environment needs less plastic!! This saves in so many ways! It's a wait for the water to come through the filter, but it's a decent idea and execution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the PUR Plus 30 Cup Dispenser complimentary through Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I always struggle with the taste of the water from my faucet, and even my refrigerator does not produce water that tastes good. I have tried several different water filters that attach to my faucet and have had better success with pitchers, but needed something larger that would not need constant refilling. This 30 Cup Dispenser fits nicely on the shelf of my refrigerator and I can still close my doors without interfering with the spout. I followed the directions for soaking and rinsing the filter, but I noticed some particles still floating in my water after filling, but this happens with other filters as well. I let this sit to get cold and fully run the water through the filtration system. The spout was easy to use, but it does drip quite a bit. I thought maybe I did not have it in place, but I checked and it just drips every so often, and I needed to be mindful of what was underneath this area. I unfortunately did not feel my water tasted as good as the pitcher I previously used. This does reduce chlorine, micro plastics, pollutants and heavy metals which will be very helpful for many users, but may not cover what my taste buds are picking up. I enjoy that this lights up to remind you when you need to change filters and the process of changing the filter and setting this dispenser up was very easy. This says it is dishwasher safe, but is fairly simple to wash by hand with a large enough sink.
