When I first bought PUR Plus dispenser, I loved it and still have it after 3 years of owning it. When I got another Aussie dog, I decided to buy a second one to keep up with them. I'm not sure what changed with this but like other reviews, it started leaking. The one on the left is 3 years old and the one on the right is only 2 months old. I ended up returning it today (thankfully because of the target app) as it had small leaks then big ones like this. It's unfortunate but won't buy another PUR until it is fixed properly.

Worked well for a couple of days then started filtering very slow. Followed the troubleshooting steps from Pur but it didn't help. Our water doesn't have sediment or anything else that would explain the quick degradation.

The seal randomly takes so several times in the past 30 days, we have walked into the kitchen to find a huge puddle of water from where the container has leaked everywhere.

The container leaks from the spout and putting the clip on doesn’t solve the problem as it falls off regularly.

I enjoyed using this for a few months until the spout lever broke. My 12 year old daughter pulled it normally but it just snapped off and could not be fixed. Cheap plastic lever.

I purchased this dispenser to replace one of the same model whose dispenser handle broke. I tried to get a replacement handle from the manufacturer but it was 1 year old and they are only have a six month warranty. They also don’t sell replacement dispenser handles. Well 8 months into this one and the handle broke. Not happy.

The tap mechanism invariably breaks within six months rendering the entire unit useless.

I bought this about 2 months ago and woke up this morning to a refrigerator full of water..well the bottom was about an inch deep all of the shelves that were under this water pitcher had standing water all of my fridge organizing drawers had standing water, literally took 3 bath towels to soak up all the water, as everyone else said, it's the spigot! I disregarded those negative reviews and I'm regretting it now! It was good while it lasted, I loved that it held so much water, only took up a slim spot in the fridge, but this happening has totally changed my mind on this brand, or at least this model, unfortunately I would not recommend this product to anyone just because it's obviously an issue that need to be fixed within the company and a new design for the spigot needs to be put in

We bought this filture about 6 weeks ago and have really enjoyed having fresh cool water. However, we are finding that the nozzle is leaking and the water is going all over the fridge. We thought maybe the door to the fridge was bumping the nozzle but after pushing it farther back in the fridge it's still leaking. We're not happy with this. I'll be contacting Target to get a refund or replacement.

I bought two of these in last 3 months. Water tastes better, but the spigot broke in less than 3 months on both of them. Spigot is made of Cheap plastic and can easily break. There is no spare available to replace just the spigot so you end up purchasing whole unit again.
