This filter dispenser is great until the handle/lever breaks. I've had mine a little over a year so it does not last long.

Bout this so I can have snigger filtered water dispenser. At first it was great. Was able to put this in the fridge so we have cold water. After a month the spout leaks/ drips. The filter indicator does not work. It always blinks green even though the filter needs to be replaced. Dont waste your money on this product.

Like others have experienced, the tap on mine broke after a few weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was nice and made well but it's a little bit complicated like trying to put it together. Soak the filter 30 minutes, then rinse the filter, then put it in the dispenser and fill it up. It took so long to fill up and then it never actually filled up all the way and it's so slow after it emptied out to fill back up. Even took it out and looked at the filter to see if there was something on the filter making it stopped up or something. And even today it doesn't really work right.

2nd unit which had the handle break after close to a year. 90 day warranty convenient enough to not warrant a replacement as the plastic water handle fails after a couple of months. Customer support failed to assist in any form of replacement parts to fix it nor to replace the unit citing their 90 day warranty. Will NOT recommend unless they improve the handle design for reliability and improve warranty.

Worked well for a couple of days then started filtering very slow. Followed the troubleshooting steps from Pur but it didn't help. Our water doesn't have sediment or anything else that would explain the quick degradation.

The seal randomly takes so several times in the past 30 days, we have walked into the kitchen to find a huge puddle of water from where the container has leaked everywhere.

The container leaks from the spout and putting the clip on doesn’t solve the problem as it falls off regularly.

I enjoyed using this for a few months until the spout lever broke. My 12 year old daughter pulled it normally but it just snapped off and could not be fixed. Cheap plastic lever.

I purchased this dispenser to replace one of the same model whose dispenser handle broke. I tried to get a replacement handle from the manufacturer but it was 1 year old and they are only have a six month warranty. They also don’t sell replacement dispenser handles. Well 8 months into this one and the handle broke. Not happy.
