Amazing quality! I am so happy with this watch. I can control my music right from my wrist. I am in love!UPDATE!!!I bought this less than a year ago. I bought it in November of 2020. It's now September of 2021. A few months ago, the watch kept saying "Overheating. Powering down", or something similar. Well, an update fixed that. But last month, I couldn't get the watch to power on. I tried everything possible. I contacted Samsung, and they paid to have it shipped in, and fixed (supposedly). Well, now less than a month later, it won't turn on again. It is showing an icon that I can only guess means that it is too hot. The room it's in has an AC less than 5 feet away set at 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Also, it is completely cool to the touch. I have tried everything again. It will not turn on. It has been on the charger for over 24 hours. This time, the screen comes on, then it shuts right back off and has this logo. If I can't get my money back, then I will never buy one of their products again. I am currently a Samsung fanatic. I am typing this on a Galaxy S10+. If I can't get my money back, or at least replaced, I'm going to change phone brands too!UPDATE #2I just got a call from Samsung. They said that it has water damage, and since the problem is my doing, they will only repair it if I pay $250. But, I only had it submerged once, and the "swimming mode" was on. After I got out of the water, I turned swimming mode off, and it "ejected the water". So, if there was water damage, and it is meant to be able to be submerged, I don't know how I am at fault. Also, it's rated to like 300 ft underwater. I had it AT MOST 3 ft underwater. Do not buy this watch. It didn't even last a year. It's a piece of crap. Do not buy Samsung. I used to love Samsung. I spent $800 on a Galaxy S10+. My next phone will be any brand but Samsung. They will not get another dollar from me, unless they fix this problemUPDATE #3They will not fix. I spent 2 hours on the phone, talked to 7 people. They will not even give a discount. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!

Long time Samsung fan (phone, tablet, fridge, etc). Initially loved the watch, but the battery life dropped to less than a day after only a month or so. Tried every trick on the Samsung site and YouTube I could find to fix it. Finally gave in and sent it to Samsung for repair under "warranty."I got an email a week later saying that it was going to cost me almost as much as I paid for it on Amazon for the repair.Four calls later with a total of over 90 minutes on the phone, it's being returned as is to me AS IS....When I called initially, it was a cracked board inside. When I questioned why it was not covered by WARRANTY when the watch had no physical damage, they said that I needed to talk to a supervisor.... 15 minutes on hold and I was disconnected with no one coming online. Called back the next day and went though the entire process of explaining again and was told it was "liquid" damage. I explained that it was only used to swim twice (it has a swimming mode) and they said that pools are not considered fresh water because they contain chlorine...When I asked where does it say that on the packaging, I was once again sent to a supervisor. Spoke with this person who was supposed to get an answer and call me back.... Crickets for two days. Called a third time and repeated the same thing again... Spoke with an agent, supervisor who said he had no answer and that he would put me through to a manager. Waited over ten minutes for him to come on, none was available so the supervisor verified my number so a manager could call me back. Crickets for another day plus.Called again during lunch and had round #4 with the agent taking calls. Eventually got someone (supervisor? manager?) who repeated the same thing and told me pretty much that I was out of luck. I could pay the ticket or have it returned. To say that I am disappointed is an under statement.Back to Fitbit for me!

All right y'all here's the scoop - my wife has this thing, she has been wearing "smart" watches for a few years now and has never been able to get all of the features to work right between a Fitbit and Samsung phone, most of them worked but not all. I thought hey, get a Samsung watch, it will sync up with the phone better, be a nice seamless experience for her and she will really love it. Good Lord was I wrong.First, getting synced up and talking to her Samsung phone was not difficult, but if you understand how Bluetooth works then getting that done is easy. It pretty much was downhill from there. - Answering calls on the watch is a joke, does not work consistently and when it does the call quality is sub-par. - Reading texts on it is a freaking joke, she complains about some two finger swipe that does not work consistently and it ends up being more frustrating than anything. - This stupid thing talks. It speaks up at the oddest times for the oddest crap, as someone who would rather throw his phone in the lake I find this to be very annoying. Despite best efforts, getting this thing to shut-up is pretty convoluted, watching her fight with it makes me think she would have an easier time landing a monkey on the moon than getting the stupid watch to be silent. Now you might ask, why not just get an iWatch and stop complaining about all this stuff that does not work. Well I banned all Apple products years ago, I found they did not work anywhere near as well as promised and had so many issues with them I swore I would never allow one in my home again - my wife agrees. This said, if you really need to have a smart watch I would suggest you switch platforms. I have seen my brothers-in-law with their Apple toys - watches and phones - and they work, they just work and they don't have to fight with them. I have gone so far as to suggest my wife do the same, but she refuses.I have to say I really thought this would be a winner, we love our Samsung phones and TVs, but the watch - save your money as it is far more hassle than it is worth.
