Can do a lot and it is better than the regular Keurig and basically the same price.

Love the ninja brand and usually they are spot on w all the features. The only thing I’m going to complain about is the punches for the pods aren’t very sharp at all compared to the Keurig brand. Only have had it 8 months and seems like they’re worn out already. Feels plastic. We do go through a lot of pods but still. Love everything else with the machine

Like the ability of switching between pods and ground coffee. Coffee temperature is hotter when using pods than when using grounds, which is disappointing.

I like my coffee maker, but recently the K cup portion sprays coffee everywhere when I use it. I've cleaned it many times. Don't know if I'm missing something here, but it still sprays. Bit disappointed as I use ground and K cup coffee.

This is an expensive coffee maker and while I’ve not tried all the features, I’ve found my coffee to be disappointing unless I use some work-arounds. I’ve found that the coffee isn’t very hot nor is the warming plate. I usually have to nuke my coffee since I like it hot. Also, when I use the platform for brewing one cup, the coffee splashes out of the cup and then I have to clean up afterwards. This problem can be overcome by using a tall cup. The filter is about worthless; I had to buy paper filters so that I don’t have grounds and sediment in the beverage. Also, know that the first several cups of coffee, even after I cleaned the parts before initial use, tasted off. On a more positive note, the product is easy to use and brews quickly. Overall, I would have perhaps been much happier with a less expensive machine.

I’m sure this product is great, but it was a Christmas gift for my boyfriend.. it was spoiled for him because it had a big ol picture of said BIGGEST gift. So thank you so much Amazon..
