I bought this ninja coffee machine because I have other products that ninja makes and I love them. I absolutely hated this pot. Bought it for the K cup feature and it was terrible. Every k cup was full of grounds no matter what I did. I checked all the reviews before I bought it and none said anything about that. I had water coming out of the top a few times with the k cups while it was running and a few times the cups were so expanded coming out they were tight and slightly hard to remove. The 14 cup pot works great.

Used it maybe 5 times. I set it to 12oz and walked away assuming it would stop at 12 oz like it did the past few times and i was wrong... it kept going and empied all the water on my floor its unfortunate that i didnt take a picture of the aftermath. It unfortunate that the window closed to replace this machine and try it again. If you buy stay close or you will run and get a mop.. turn on and don't walk away...

Im on my third one in 3 weeks. I am trying to use up my pods. Its awful. It spits out half the coffee grinds in the cup and sometimes the pod adapter overflows as well. Ive called Ninja customer support and they have no idea. They keep saying it is not typical and keep sending me new ones. It is such a waste.

I’m not sure what the deal is but like some other reviews, I try to use grounds or use a pod and all of a sudden it just turns off and stops working. I absolutely love the convenience of this coffee maker and the functions that it has available, but the fact that it has electronic problems, and I’m constantly trying to fix it and figure it out is so frustrating! I’ve cleaned it out like recommended, I’ve bought cleaner for it and ran it through it, I’ve unplugged it… and still to no avail, I turn it on, and it immediately shuts off. Nothing worse than not having coffee in the morning when you are a coffee, lover! For the price that I paid for this, it should certainly last me longer than two years, and should be far more dependable!

Does not brew coffee. Only makes hot water. Also missing the permanent filter that is part of description advertised. This deal was not a deal.I returned the product according to directions from seller and waiting on a refund.

I ordered this model at full price because of the hot water option. I received a cheaper model. My only option is to pack it up and get a full refund and be without a coffee maker.I love all products Ninja but so disappointed with this one!

Worst coffee maker I have ever owned. We used this product for a month and a half and noticed it started spilling coffee grounds in our cup. I cleaned the machine and ran water through. Attempted to make another cup of coffee and had an entire cup full of grounds again. Called the company who sent us a replacement part for the K Cup. Attempted to make a cup of coffee and again cup full of grounds. I called the company back and after 45 minutes and insisted to watch me cut the cord to the product, they agreed to send me a new coffee maker. About 10 days later my coffee maker arrived. I attempted to make a cup of coffee and had a cup full of grounds again. Very disappointed in this product! Do not waste your money. I will be making another call to get a refund.
