When we assembled and set up the umbrella, we noticed a small "pinhole" at the very top. We emailed customer service. They had us do a water test to see if it would leak. We did have a drop or two (wasn't really that big a deal) that came through. Not really enough to warrant a replacement but Purple Leaf sent us a replacement top fabric anyway! We got the replacement part in only a few days. Their customer service is super! We are very happy with the purchase. Would recommend Purple Leaf to anyone! Was easy to set up and is very sturdy.

This is a well designed and very good looking umbrella that is well worth the extra money. The quality is superior compared to cheaper alternatives. It should last many years

Excellent umbrella

I intially had difficulty getting the umbrella to unfold only to discover that I needed to remove the added styrofoam protection connected to the inside of the umbrella. After removing the styrofoam it unfolded as expected. I am very pleased with the quality of the materials and how easy it is to raise and lower the umbrella. We ordered the brown to match our Trek decking boards and it looks even better than expected. I purchased the larger 40" x 40" base and have no absolutely no issues with the wind as the base is very solid. DEFINETLY TWO THUMBS UP!

I love it. Better than an expensive built in canopy. Only omportant thing is you also need to purchase weights for the base with it. It will not stand freely with minor winds. We love it. We may purchase a few more.

I was looking for a large enough, square umbrella to completely cover and protect my outdoor furniture. This 11 footer is just what I needed and the quality is greater than expected. The framework is stout and the fit and finish is impressive. The tilt and rotating mechanisms work very well and are easy to operate. It is large and has some weight to it so I think it is a wise choice to order the base made exclusively for this size umbrella. I did and it takes only four bolts to attach the support and a hose to fill the base and you are in business.

I've had this set up since April and it has performed very well. Filled the base with water and it has held up without difficulty, even in a fair amount of wind. On two separate occasions I needed to contact them and both times they responded right away with positive results. Excellent service recovery and satisfaction. I highly recommend this umbrella.

This was a little pricey, but well worth the money. I purchased the 36” base that Is made by Purple Leaf. Assembly was very easy. The umbrella is very easy to raise and lower. It comes with a very nice cover. I expect it to last a long time.

This Purple Leaf 8 foot square umbrella is well made and easy to put up and take down. The color is great.
