I have enjoyed Anker electronics for a few years now therefore I was pretty confident in Eufy since it’s made by Anker. I had a Roomba many years ago and I like this Eufy even better. It’s slim and pretty smart. It fits under furniture that I didn’t expect. The remote does let you control it like a little car if you want. But I mostly just let it do its thing. I set it to run at 4:00 every day and it has been great. I have two dogs, one of which is a big ol’ hound and he sheds! This robot makes a huge difference in everyday maintenance. You have to help it out sometimes when it gets stuck, and you have to be sure to empty out the dust bin very frequently, which I expected. I’ve had it running for about a month and have been very pleased. It’s great! Just don’t expect it to be perfect or use human logic, just keep it maintained and cleaned, change the filters and brushes when needed, and leave the floors clear for cleaning. It’s been a great automatic reminder for my husband to pick up his clothes every day! It has already helped us set better habits in that way. I just hope it lasts for a few years!

The media could not be loaded.  Wasn't really sure about buying this vacuum refurbished (renewed) but saw that I could purchase a extended 3 year warranty in addition to the 3 month Amazon guarantee that already comes with purchase. Cost an additional $20 but is worth every penny. The price of the renewed vacuum + extended warranty is still less than what it cost to buy this new.When I went to unbox the vacuum, I thought this item was brand new. Original stickers, foam padding and packaging in general was what you'd expect it to be if bought brand new. Off to a great start. Vacuum has to be fully charged before using. Say's it can take 300- 360 minutes to fully charge. Mine is still charging after 120+ minutes. I will update/complete review once I'm able to get this thing running.Initial charge took approximately 21/2 hours.Overall this is a solid vacuum. My main complaint is that some area rugs will cause vacuum to veer off course and trip up vacuum. Not sure what would of happened had I not been home to smooth out rugs when this happens. For that reason, I will not have vacuum run when not at home.

I was very happy with this until they stop to work with 3 months!! Tried to return but no success. It’s garbage now. Looking for another one.

The media could not be loaded.  We seem to be continually tracking in bits from outside. I've run eufy every day since I got it. It finds dirt and pet fur every time! It runs about 1 1/2 hours, and every time the dust bin is well filled, not packed, but pretty full. With all the obstacles in the house, the pattern it follows can seem kind of random but it does seem to do a good job. I appreciate that it goes under the beds and the sofa, where I wouldn't otherwise clean often. It does occasionally get itself hung up, once with a dryer sheet found under the bed, once with a charging cable that wasn't tucked away as it should have been. I don't think I'd leave it to run if I weren't home, but it's not done any damage to anything or itself. It's also stopped itself from falling down the stairs, every time.Edit: added a photo of the dust bin after running 1 1/2 hrs, following a visit from our large granddog.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve wanted a robot vacuum for so long and finally got this at a decent price. I have an anxious cat who hides every time I use our vacuum and I was starting to have very gross floors from trying not to upset him. I got this in hopes it would be quiet enough for him…and it is! He is so comfortable with it he makes biscuits while it’s running. It brings me so much joy to have clean floors again without stressing out my kitty. Our new kitten is obsessed with it and gets excited when it turns on each morning. She thinks it’s for her to play with and is already jumping on it😂In the first month of having it I haven’t needed to use our regular vacuum once! It is so worth the money! For anyone with cats I highly recommend this. Having the routine of it turning on the same time each morning has been helpful in setting a routine for them as well.

I love my Eufy! I unpacked it, named her Hazel and put her to work! I start her out when I leave for work and come home to clean floors. I live in Florida so there is a lot of sand tracked into the house. I also have a big, short-haired dog who sheds a LOT. No problem. Hazel gets it all and returns to her charging station where she waits for me to get home and empty her dirt tray. Since Hazel came on board I’ve noticed I don’t have to dust or mop as frequently—a real plus! She is a bit of an over-achiever though. I came home one afternoon and she was not on her charger. I found her in my walk-in closet in a pile of shoes. I swear she was trying to polish them and ran out of juice. I keep that closet door closed now. Don’t want her to wear herself out. Seriously, it’s a great product especially for someone who doesn’t like to spend all their free time keeping house.

This is my first robovac and I did my research before purchasing. I did purchase the 3 year warranty and do realize I'd still have to use my upright vacuum for deep cleaning.I've been using it exclusively for the last 2 weeks. I do have cats and it picks up a lot of hair. It's full every time I empty the bin and have been running it almost every day.I used my upright vacuum today for the first time. I'd say it picked up about a quarter of what it normally would have picked up, so the robovac is working well.I have area rugs over wall to wall carpet and it does get hung up on them at times; it does need babysitting. One charge can take care of 5 rooms. It's great for getting under furniture and my kitchen floor.The remote control is rather slippery and only works within sight of the vacuum. It does have issues docking if it's too far away from the docking station.Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others.

It was a gift for my son and his wife loves it.
