I wish I had purchased one of these years ago. It works great. We have a Husky and it gets her hair up and doesn’t get bogged down. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We received the vacuum yesterday so I charged it up and watched it work today on our hardwood floors. It is a great little tool to make my life easier. We are surprised how quiet it is when running on both speeds and suction power. We have a central vacuum system in the house and the little robot vacuum is a nice convenient addition to help keep our house super clean! It gets under furniture that I have a difficult time reaching and I am surprised how much debris, hair and dust it has captured in the trap. I'm really happy I invested in this handy tool! The remote is very helpful to help it navigate.

It was a gift for my son and his wife loves it.

I think this is a very good simple vacuum and very worth the price. I believe it is very reasonably priced for what it is. compared to other robot vacuums, this one is pretty "dumb". It doesn't really know it's hit something until it has already hit it, and then it will turn and keep moving. I wasn't looking for something that was too crazy. Just wanted something to go around my kitchen and vacuum up some dough and just crumbs on our hardwoods. For our bedrooms I'd sooner just vacuum those. My dog barks at this when it gets near her so that's a downside lol.

So I have 3 large cats and a pit bull...so lots of pet fur and dander. I also have a 1 year old and 1 month old granddaughters with the 1 year old crawling and walking all over my floors. Needless to say I have to sweep a lot....and I mean a lot! So I needed an assist for sure. This little robot is like my best friend now....as well as entertainment for the cats, thief of the dogs kibble, and carrier of the granddaughter's toy blocks! It really does work at getting up the fur and dander as well as kibble the dog knocks out of the bowl and every other little thing that is on the floor. Super quiet but does like to eat my sheer curtain that overlays the blackout curtain so keep that in mind. I know now to put the curtain on top of the table before I leave so that when it starts cleaning they are both safe. :) I have also put blockers at the edge of my recliner sofas because it can pop under but not back out and then it will struggle and then shut off because it is stuck. It will not go over the lip from the hall to the kitchen but can go from kitchen to the hall. So I put it in the kitchen in the morning and auto run it and then it has a timer to clean 2 hours before I come home so that when I arrive the floor is clean. The pattern is easy to figure out if you watch it a few times so I know where to place it in the kitchen to make sure it cleans it well before moving to the hall and rest of house. Most of my house is wood flooring so it works well there but also works on the one room that is carpet.

I'm so upset that I waited this long to get a robot vacuum. As the owner of 2 medium-haired cats and hardwood floors, the battle against dust bunnies and cat litter was fought and lost daily. Not so anymore. This little guy scoots around the apartment for an hour everyday and picks up a ridiculous amount of fur and debris. It's kind of disgusting to see how much he picks up. The vacuum's low profile means it can get underneath all of my furniture and capture the sneakier fur tumbleweeds. The edge cleaning feature is really nice around kitchen counters, and the robots auto setting does a great job of adjusting to different needs in different locations. This vacuum isn't the smartest, so it will deep clean the same spot 10 times while neglecting areas that really need to be cleaned. However, the remote makes it easy to navigate it to the dirtier spots on the floor, and it rarely misses a spot completely. The refurbished version was half the price and came in like-new condition. Mine came with all of the packaging (including factory stickers and glass protector). If i didn't know it was a refurbished model, I would have sworn it was fresh from the assembly line. The glass top, low profile, and solid color profile make this vacuum look surprisingly expensive.

I am impressed by this little robot which I bought on sale and refurbished. Shipping was fast and the item set up easily. On it's first journey through our living area she picked up a a full load of pet hair and dust. Just what I needed to keep down the accumulation of fur from two shedders. Her methods seem chaotic and she does make some noise. I would not run her without some supervision, since she does get stuck and need assistance at times. The noise level is such that I can ignore it if I'm busy, but do not want to run the robot if the TV is on. I've named her Rosie after the Jetson's maid and plan to keep her in the team.

I have enjoyed Anker electronics for a few years now therefore I was pretty confident in Eufy since it’s made by Anker. I had a Roomba many years ago and I like this Eufy even better. It’s slim and pretty smart. It fits under furniture that I didn’t expect. The remote does let you control it like a little car if you want. But I mostly just let it do its thing. I set it to run at 4:00 every day and it has been great. I have two dogs, one of which is a big ol’ hound and he sheds! This robot makes a huge difference in everyday maintenance. You have to help it out sometimes when it gets stuck, and you have to be sure to empty out the dust bin very frequently, which I expected. I’ve had it running for about a month and have been very pleased. It’s great! Just don’t expect it to be perfect or use human logic, just keep it maintained and cleaned, change the filters and brushes when needed, and leave the floors clear for cleaning. It’s been a great automatic reminder for my husband to pick up his clothes every day! It has already helped us set better habits in that way. I just hope it lasts for a few years!

Wasn't really sure about buying this vacuum refurbished (renewed) but saw that I could purchase a extended 3 year warranty in addition to the 3 month Amazon guarantee that already comes with purchase. Cost an additional $20 but is worth every penny. The price of the renewed vacuum + extended warranty is still less than what it cost to buy this new. When I went to unbox the vacuum, I thought this item was brand new. Original stickers, foam padding and packaging in general was what you'd expect it to be if bought brand new. Off to a great start. Vacuum has to be fully charged before using. Say's it can take 300- 360 minutes to fully charge. Mine is still charging after 120+ minutes. I will update/complete review once I'm able to get this thing running. Initial charge took approximately 21/2 hours. Overall this is a solid vacuum. My main complaint is that some area rugs will cause vacuum to veer off course and trip up vacuum. Not sure what would of happened had I not been home to smooth out rugs when this happens. For that reason, I will not have vacuum run when not at home.
